RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I have read and agree to the following purchase & deposit terms. * *

1. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE

2. All sales are FINAL

3. No Exchanges will be made after costume option selection and sizes are submitted.

4. Your Deposit will be credited to your invoice total.

5. All orders are for PICKUP ONLY. All costumes must be picked up during the designated collection period unless another arrangement is made with & approved by the distribution manager. The collecting patron must provide a government issued I.D with their names exactly as the registration form along with the card used to complete their purchase. If you are picking up a costume for another patron you will need to provide a copy of their government issued ID along with a signed release form from the patron.

6. A Second Invoice with your total will be emailed after your initial deposit.

7. Final payments due varies this date will be provided to you via invoice or email. Funds should not be sent any later that the requested date. Any purchase or payment made to Flamboyant Feathers is a agreement to comply with our policies.
